No pullups today - left elbow starting to act up again. I could do pullups, but giving it a break seemed like the smart thing to do.

This would make one week off from pulling stuff with a bent elbow. It definitely seems to have helped, not sure if that left elbow feels 100% yet, but…

1x5, 4x3: deadlift 189 kg (set every minute)
3x12: db floor press 46 kg

3x10: Zercher squat 95 kg

Doing Zercher squats the day after doing deadlifts is a pretty dumb idea even if the deads were light, yes, I’ve now verified this. But my schedule for the rest of this week is unpredictable, so might as well do stuff when I can.
