All squats done with a set starting at the top of every minute, including time to take some plates off after the last single. Unpleasant, but definitely doable.

Using less weight, because I figured out that with a different stance I can do these much deeper. Since doing front squats off sawhorses limits me to parallel, this is a good opportunity to go ATG for a change. Didn’t really quite hit that on every rep, but I plan to next week.

Switched grip on the curls, making them practically power cleans from the hang with no dip, cause that’s much easier on my left elbow which has been sore for a few weeks now.
