Halfway through I was like “oh, this is OK, easier than I remember” but by the last set I rememebered just how unpleasant they are by the end.

Kind of bored of doing front squats twice a week, don’t really have equipment for back squats, not flexible enough for overhead squats, so thought I’d try Zerchers. I’ve done them before but not very seriously, probably always under 50 kg

Haven’t done weighted pullups since the straps on my old backpack finally went. Got tired of waiting for some family member to tell me they have an old but sturdy backpack they don’t need, started doing them with a dumbbell between my legs, which should add a bit of core work, as I have to do a hanging leg raise to keep the thing from falling down. Seems workable, though doing pullups hanging off the side of a staircase with a dumbbell between my knees has to look seriously silly.
