Didn’t hook the grip properly on the middle deadlift set so I only made it to 8 before it slipped, but then managed to make it up by cranking out a couple of difficult reps on the last set. Feeling good still, though.

Felt kinda crappy today, stuffed nose, headache and a bit of coughing, but warming up for squats seemed to fix that and by the end of the first working set I felt totally fine.

After the last set of deads did a couple more half-reps, going to just below the knee… so let’s call those rack pulls even if there’s no rack involved.

Decided to be more honest and not count any squat reps that don’t hit proper depth, defined by both sides of the bar making contact with the sawhorses. Last rep on the first two sets just kinda brushed one side.
