Persistent Arm Fatigue

Guys,
In the past two weeks I’ve been experiencing an intermitent ache/ feeling of pressure in my forearms and triceps. The discomfort tends to shift from forearms to triceps but never both at the same time. There hasn’t been a noticeable strength loss since this started as i have been moving friends into new apartments.

Overall though my arms just feel dead all the time, but its never so painful that i can’t do various tasks. Is this simply overtraining or could it be something more pertaining to back health etc.?

Don’t train them directly for a week and eat more. If they’re a bit overtrained you should feel like curling anything in sight after 4 days or so.
