If your problem is indeed elevated E2; then Bill Roberts recommends very low dose Letro even while off cycle to optimize test/E2 ratio. You would have to search for his posts for the exact dosage.
DO NOT OVERDO Letro as that will cause your E2 to be too low which is equally bad.
Low dose Adex could be used too. Some like cabergoline.

Can I use the Nolvadex as well? There is also a legal suplement called Estrodex that diminishes the estrogen level. I think I will try to use it.

Deca is a xeno testosterone and can change gene expression in cell nuclei. This can be like flipping a switch for some. Reversal can be impossible.
If the testes are normal responsive, 250iu hCG EOD might restore baseline T production. If the subject is a younger man and this dose does not create good T levels, then it would appear that the testes have changed. It may take time for testes to recover bulk and function. This dose should be continued. Do not take large doses as this can make the testes LH receptors less responsive.

I have been contacted by a guy who used “Tren Xtreme” and he is damaged.
You did a lot of Deca, over an extended period. Long acting esters (like Deca) have a long half life, and I would not be surprised at all if you still have high enough levels of Deca to suppress your endogenous T production.
I used to calculate and graph out bloodlevels of whatever esters I was taking, and the tail on that graph can stretch for many months before dropping down to a level where it will no longer suppress your HPTA.
Many people make the mistake of starting PCT while still having suppressive levels of exogenous steroids in their system. So let’s say you do proper PCT, everything is good, then you go back to Deca Dick. The PCT probably worked fine, but when it ended, you still had suppressive levels of exogenous steroids in your system. Low levels, but enough to drag your own production back down without the crutch of a PCT drug regimen.
Before you throw in the towel, read up on half lives, chart out what your bloodlevels looked like, and see if maybe that is the problem. Once you’re no longer suppressing your own system, do proper PCT and then just give it some time.
Okay, found a chart from an old cycle. I was going for 500-700mg/wk for eight weeks. I want to say levels were high enough to suppress until around week 15.
