Hello Coach and fellow lifters,
Just curious on your thoughts planning to run a cycle like such listed below:
layer system, deload, then followed by 915 or would it be better to start with the 915 and then proceed to layers? Would likely run through each twice so Layer/deload/915/deload/layer/915-peak. I haven't used the layer style of training so I feel that the new stimulus may be just prescription needed so I was thinking run the layer, then move to 915 to peak for PRs hoping to see 415-420lb bench when all said and done.
Basically the goal is solely moving more weight, getting stronger in the main lifts and setting new PRs on each over that period of time.
