Periodization Based on CT

Hello everybody.

I really like the book “Theory and Application of Modern Strength and Power Methods” by Thibaudeau but I don’t get one thing:
Using the block structure to facilitate program design.

I know, that for one cycle he uses an accumulation block, an intensification block and an explosive block. Those three blocks together form one cycle! This is of course only the basic plan and now the individual methods must be chosen.

And here comes the point when I always get confused:
He uses 4 main methods per block (!) (concentric,
eccentric, KEAT, and isometric) and plans the cycles for each of these individually. Then come the 4 methods and so on…

Is he really using all four methods in just one block or in a whole cycle?

Thank you.
