Periodisation for Hypertrophy Q

hi guys!
At the moment im doing a compound heavy, low rep Total body workout 4 times a week and am attempting to structure some kind of long term plan for working out…changing approach/program every 4-6 weeks.

What should i progress onto from what im doing now higher reps? change exercises?
My goal is hypertrophy
