Peri Workout Surge


As I shift into a hypertrophy phase( 16 wks), I'm thinking of switching from Surge Recovery to Surge W/O Fuel and MAG-10
plus creatine. Any recommendations on timing? Protocols that have worked for others?
Traditionally I would sip on Surge Recovery during my workout and finish the rest when I was done.
Should I drink some pre workout then more during training? Just curious to hear what has worked for others.
