Peri-Workout Nutrition Without Access to ANACONDA

Living in Australia, we do not have access to the protocol and I have personally had a bad experience when importing supps. Until such time that it is available…

Given that the new protocol does not include fast carbs, as the previously recommended one, what would you simply recommend around training time at best as apposed to the regular post workout shake. I am currently doing BCAA during and WPI etc post.

Eg. Would it be along the lines of the old protocol - SWF pre, SURGE pre and during etc

Not looking for a cheap way out, just interested due to no access.
