Peri Workout Nutrition with Steady State Cardio

I've been looking everywhere, but I can't really find any articles on what type of peri-workout nutrition you should have with ~30 min of steady state cardio. I've heard 10 g BCAA's and 15 g whey about 30 min before (especially if you are in a fasted state), but what do you guys take afterward? Thanks!
