Stop using the creatine powder, too much simple sugars, have a tablespoon of peanut butter with every meal. to allow natural GH to increase from training, stop eating 90 minutes before.

I don’t use creatine powder, it’s capsules, and only PWO since the uptake is far better. what’s with the peanut butter at every meal?
