Performing Push Ups/Pull Ups Daily

I currently have a 14 month old that I’m doing most of the caretaking for as my wife is 5 months pregnant and is having complications. Along with that, I’m, working and studying for a Project Management certification. I was knocking out 3 sandbag exercises sessions a week along with 3-4 days of long walks. However, my time is being trimmed to the bone. I was thinking of incorporating pushups and/or pull-ups into my day randomly. Example: Perform 15 sets of 15 pushups through the day. Is this a smart move or should I adjust in a different way?

Anything you do is fine as long as it keeps you connected and regular exercise is something you currently do instead of used to do. :+1:

Good luck with everything else too. You definitely have your hands full.
