Perfect Template for an MMA Athlete?

Hey CT,

I train in MMA a few times a week. Just wondering if there’s any templates to follow for an athlete that is involved in MMA. I don’t mind training weights 4-5 times a week either. I’m a huge fan of supersets for some reason. I enjoy the bodybuilding aspect of weights too. It would be nice to have a mix of strength training and some bodybuilding to gain lean muscle mass. Any suggestions?

Im not coach, but how about WS4SBs. Its geared more towards athletes.

Definitely an option. I’ve tried that program in the past and have made some decent gains. I just didn’t like how there wasn’t really any percentages. But still, it was a legit program. Wonder if he has any new programs out…?
