Okay the new stone was super slippery and my skin was not amused. Let’s hope that’s the reason this was so difficult. Will try again with tape around my arms in a few days.
My erectors were fucking screaming at me. Had DOMS from yesterday and that made everything worse today. Decided to eat a spoon of concrete, as @simo74 would say and get on with it. Only compromised by using very light wraps to take some load of the back.
Good Session, given that my whole body is in pain (sore) and I closed off the pub yesterday evening (holiday today). I think the excessive soreness is in large a product of the reduced lower body volume and intensity following my back injury.

For the first time I threw over a very very improvised crossbar and I’m very happy and proud that I cleared or touched the bar on almost all throws with 18 kg. Consistency and an eye for detail very much paid off here - huge improvements!
On my throws with 20 kg I either touched or missed but there were a few in there on which I genuinely think, the bag would have gone over if the crossbar was stiff.

Skin opened up again immediately. Stopped it without a successful load. Frustrated.
Also, those knee jumps with the ball look very interesting, I may need to give that a look (and then either give it up immediately or be instantly awesome at it).
On the internet, I don’t care one bit.
In real life I am sadly only attracted to people with female features (both primary and secondary sexual features) - sadly bc would open so much more options dating wise. If someone of the same sex is attracted to me, I am every bit as flattered as I am if a woman was into me.
okay so initially I was kinda disappointed with my throws today because I struggled quite a bit to make successful doubles (usually always made at least one thought). BUT afterwards I realized I may have forgotten to take the extra 0lates out from last time. Now I’m in a limbo because if this was 20,2 kg, it was an excellent session and if it was 18,2 kg it remains a ‘meh’ session… I will have to check as soon as possible
Holy shit. So it turns out I did actually unknowningly use 20,2 kg last time! I don’t think I have EVER made such progress in any exercise in such a short amount of time. No matter what happens next week, this is just excellent.
