Pendulum Training Routines

Would anyone here be kind enough to share a pendulum training routine they felt worked well for them?

I liked the original article a lot, but I could really use some examples of how people have implemented the idea into actual routines.

I have been using the program Thib has outlined in his Pendulum bodybuilding article with slight modifications to the exercises. I’m only 3 weeks into it, but I feel much stronger, I’ll just have to see if I’m right.
