CT I am a big fan of yours and a fellow Canadian. I have been training with weights for 15 years but mostly powerlifting and body building. I have recently found a new love sport specific training. I recently got my NSCA CSCS and have been training athletes for a while now.
I took a look at your Pendulum training and wow a very nicely set up program. I have never seen anything like it before.
My question is, is your Pendulum Training for Athletes a beginners or experienced trainee program?
Could you put an athlete with no weight training experience on this program with some gpp work of course?
And would I get much off of the program if I train Full Body WOrkouts most of the time?
