Anyone tried CT's pendulum bodybuilding or any pendulum series. Im starting it next week and would feedback from anyone who tried it. I am coming off OLAD with 1 or 2 assistance exercises each day and like a lot of other people I haven't gained much muscle. Strength has increased and my muscles look fuller but I wanna focus on aesthetics. Im asking about the pendulum because I still wanna train for strength while doing hypertrophy workouts.
So I guess nobody has ever done it. Well what does anybody think of following an undulated program like the pendulum article?
