I have read the articles Thibeaudeau has posted on pendulum training but I have a couple of questions. Goals are to increase maxes in bench, squat,dead,P.clean as well as to gain 10lbs Lbm.
I have had really good results with either of the these three methods

week 1 week 2 week 3 week 4

Option 1 was my first choice but I might add one or two weeks of M E M at the end before starting over .
