I need your help Testosterone users.
I have been struggling with postural problems since I started training. Nothing terrible, yet still it bothers me if it comes to lifting things of the ground. For about 10 months I have been trying to fix my anterior pelvic tilt / hyperlordosis with 1 or 2 brief stretching sessions a day and burning my posterior chain twice a week. It is really stubborn condidtion.
Here is what it got me. I need your advice - is my pelvis still severely tilted in your eyes? Would you consider deadlifting (especially locking out) and power cleaning safe with such pelvic alignment?
