I'm posting a pic of my glutes. My butt is bigger than the normal sample of population and that has drawn quite a few caustic remarks. Yeah i know that these lazy bums don't squat nor deadlift but just wanted to know whether this is a pelvic anterior tilt or just a big butt due to squatting and deadlifting???
If its a tilt please advice or
If its a big butt is there anything I should do differently to kind of stop it from growing big or just do what I've done till now and to hell with the butt size???
