I’m planning to use pegMGF during my PCT
(0.2mg/week, 0.1mg E3D.
I still have to define the total length but I think I’ll run it for 5weeks.
PegMGF is systemic so I think it can help me retain cycle gains.
Which kind of nutrition I have to plan with pegMGF? Should I rise my total calories? or can I use my current low calories/high protein nutrition plan?
I also start to supplement with 40gr BCAA/ED (I’m around 100kg bodyweight ~15%bf)
