It’s sterile so it’s pretty clean anyways. It’s also a bit acidic so it can help prevent athletes foot, and I hear that it can even get clean off the gunk inside of pipes. I do it about 3 or 4 times a week.

Peeing in the shower is great. I always do. In fact sometimes I wish I only had to pee in the shower. It’s much more inviting than a toilet. Sometimes I think people worry too much about stuff. Go ahead, pee on your feet. I bet the world won’t stop spinning on its’ axis.*

Urine is sterile in the bladder (at least, it’s supposed to be). Your urethra isn’t, so your urine probably has some buggers in it by the time it gets to the drain… or your foot.

Yea it would, but it doesn’t get nasty or serious unless you leave it sitting exposed to air. I doubt it’ll pick up anything serious in the few seconds it takes to pass through your urethra.
