I recently feel some pec pain when I bench press. Not severe pain, I can still workout. It feels like somebody is pressing your sore pec. No pain if no big load on pec (feel nothing when doing push up). My bench press weight also decreased from 255x5 to 205x5.
I have been training with lower weight for two weeks but the symptom is still there, is it possible I tore my pec? Should I completely stop chest work out?
