Pec-Delt Tie In

First, changed the name to Jake E to differentiate myself from the first Jake, should’ve done that sooner.

Now, Dave Tate mentioned in his Drag Your Butt into shape article that he does extra work for the pec-delt tie in area. I know the answer is gonna be simple, but I can't think of what exercises one would use to target the pec-delt tie in. Any help?

Flyes (dumbbell, cables), or the Pec Deck machine. I perform the dumbbell flyes in a way that really hit this area. If I can think of a way to explain it - I’ll post again.
