Over the last month I’ve transitioned from the Anabolic Diet to a Paleo Diet. The Paleo Diet works better for me.
I’ve eliminated Grain, Legumes, and Dairy (except whey protein).
Lately I’ve been wondering about Peas (legume) and Corn (grain) are they really that bad?
If you eat them early in the day and you can digest them what’s the big deal? Will the high GI ruin any fat loss plans?
