There is not to much information on this,
Thats 400% number sounds bogus. Peanuts are eaten in large amounts by many parts of the world. Generally, most of us get to few monosaturated fats and peanuts are a great solution to this problem.
…and if you keep your fat intake balanced, your T-levels will increase over time.
I wouldn’t worry about it, I eat often 600-1000cals worth of my diet when gaining weight in peanuts and have had no problems whatsoever. In fact, I think they are excellent for packing down cals and gaining size… A trick ive always used.
