Peanuts & Digestion

Does the presence of peanuts in my poo mean that I did not succesfully absorb the fat and protein available in them? Or are those nutrients still for the most part absorbed leaving behind a low calorie version of a peanut sitting in my toilet bowl?

Yes this is how they make the special low carb, low fat foods you find in the supermarket. Just add splenda.

Yup, just dig them out and save them in a jar for when you have to diet down.

Chew your food dumbass

What do you swallow your peanuts whole?
