Peaking For Strength.

Anyone know of any good peaking cycles, consisting of 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 10 weeks, or 12 weeks. I heard that these are the best kinda programs, I don’t know if this is true but a lot of strong guys are usin them. Ed Coan did. You start off light in the beginning weeks and as you get later into the cycle you get much heavier. Anyone know of good programs like these, I barely ever see them around but I think they work the best, becaues you GOTTA cycle your training to get strong and stuff, so anyone got some, know of some, or if you think they are good, or is there other better methods? Thanks

I’m just at the end of a peak using a similar method to what you asked about. admittedly it’s my first real peaking cycle so I’m not really one to be giving advice but here’s how it went…

week 1: 3x6
week2: 2x5
week 3: 3x3
week 4: 1x3
weeek 5: 2x2
week 6: 1x2

It’s all (setsxreps), and obviously the weight is increasing next each weeek, I just increased it based on how i felt.
