Honestly it depends on your neurological profile… since you are a competitive powerlifters I will assume that you are Type1b…
For a SATURDAY meet:
Monday: Squat, bench, dead … work up to opener on squat and bench, 90% on dead
Tuesday: Squat, bench , dead: 4 x 1 @ 65-70%
Wednesday: Squat and bench (no deadlift) 3 x 1 @ 90% of opener
Friday: Squat and bench (no deadlift) 4 x 1 @ 65%
