Peak Cycle of Sheiko



How important is the peak cycle of Sheiko (#32)? I'm almost done with my prep cycles (#37, #30) and I want to test my one rep maxes soon.



Due to the idea of loading and unloading very present in sheiko, you really should run 32. That being said, if you still feel quite fresh off of 37 and 30 then run 1 more prep cycle before running 32. For me and from what I have heard from others 2-3 preps then peak is optimal. People who never do a peak or do just 1 week of max testing never seem to make long term growth. My 0.02
