Peak 8 or Sprint 8 Conditioning

I see this on Mercola’s website. The routine is 8 burts of high intensity exercise for 30 seconds followed by 90 seconds of light work. This is done on machines but I am wondering if this can be done with burpees.

I am doing it. Using 5 rounds of recumbent bike and 3 rounds of a UBE. It is kicking my ass. That isn’t to hard because my work capacity blows.

Yes it can, you can do it with any exercise that is turning you anarobic.
