I’ve been reading a lot about Pea Protein recently, but a lot of info seems to be absent. Specifically, how fast does it digest?
I know that Micellar Casein takes about 7-8 hours to be fully expended, and Whey is very fast digesting, but does anyone know the “time” that Pea Protein hangs around?
For that matter, how about stuff like Soy Isolate or just plain Calcium Caseinate?
