PCT Help? 2 Weeks Left in Cycle

Can someone recommend a decent PCT, I know I should have had it sorted but my contact is now gone and need some advise. my cycle was as below:

1-12 week Test 600mg and 400mg NPP

whats the best PCT, is it nolva with clomid or Clomid with Aromasin? Also, what doses and how long?
