Pavel's Stretching Routine

Pavel Tsatsouline probably has 60 or more exercises (half of which are advanced)that he recommends in order to increase flexablity. This is a large number to attempt to incorporate into an overall program. So my questions: 1) Does he have ANYWHERE a BASIC program of a few exercises for increasing flexibility? 2) If not, do we just go through all of the various exercises he recommends on an “off” day from cardio and resistance training? Thanks, guys!

Mufasa, to tell you the truth I relly need to know the same thing and don’t want the post to disappear. I bought both the book and video and have basically just been picking 4 or 5 exercises at a time and doing them a couple of times a week. Please let me know if you come up with anything and it doesn’t reach this thread!
