What do you guys think about Pavels power to the people program? Anyone who can tell me about their results with the program maybe?


Expect a large increase in the lifts you perform from such a simple program.

Pavel is a strength guru, that is why he is a regular contributor in powerlifting and weightlifting magazines and journals. If your goals lend toward these areas, definately purchase the book and start his techniques. I would recommend his stuff to anyone in general with an interest in physical conditioning as well.

Nice simple training theories and programs, solid results for most people looking for strength gains.

As with any program, it isn’t the “ultimate solution” and won’t keep giving you results for ever. However, if you’re looking for a good strength training variation after all those “typical” BB programs, give it a go for a couple of cycles. SRS
