Hi, all I’ve been reading this forum for months but this is my first post. I’m wondering if any of you have ever done the Pavel Tsatsouline bench and deadlift only program. I’ve heard of it but am a little unsure. It seems so basic but that could be the good part. I’m thinking about doing it after 12 weeks of pain/ super strength by King.
I already checked past posts and couldn’t find anything about this particular workout.
