All you do is pushups and some chinups for two weeks, no weights training at all heres the pushup routine:

week one
monday 100% test then 30% of this every 60 min
tuesday 50% every 60 min
wednesday 60 % every 45 min
thursday 25 % every 60 min
friday 45 % every 30 min
saturday 40 % every 60 min
sunday 20 5 every 90 mins

week two monday 100 % test the 35 % every 45 mins tuesday 55% every 20 mins wednesday 30 % every 15 mins thursday 65 % every 60 mins friday 35 % every 45 mins saturday 45 % every 60 mins sunday 25 % every 120 mins

week three monday 100% test

do your sets from the time you get up to one hour before bed.

FFB, you did a great job spelling it out! Thanks, man! I don’t think I understand the last week, though. When you say “do your sets until 1 hour before you go to bed”, what percentages, numbers, etc. are you talking about?
