I was flipping through the 4th edition of Sports Supplement Review and I briefly looked over Pavel’s workout. i didn’t read it in detail, but it seemed to contradict everything in the T-mag interview. what’s the deal with that? anybody have the book?

I don’t think Paval contradicted himself, if that’s what you’re getting at. In the article, Paval explains that he’s all about strength training for warriors. The SSR is about bodybuilding, so he gives different programs.
i’ve got the book, and i’ve tried a couple of his exercises (like bench curls), and have been pleasantly surprised. but i’ll be sticking to t-mag for my training advice, personally.
