i usually stop at total rpe 7, that is, i donā€™t train hard
i canā€™t recover well, and i donā€™t want to feel like shit between the training sessions, i guess the price i have to pay is slow progress

Iā€™ve been wanting to ask, you state your total rpe is 7.
Should i read this as you could easily have done 3 more reps on all sets?
or how or what do you mean by rpe 7?

my system to gauge total rpe
rpe 10 - i have to be scooped up from the floor and helped home after
rpe 9 - i could put on my 12RM squat weight and perform 1 squat
rpe 8 - i could put on my 12RM squat weight and perform 8 squats
rpe 7 - i could put on my 12RM squat weight and try and do 11 squats, but maybe stop at 10
rpe 6 - just warmed up and ready to put on my 12RM squat weight and try and beat it

The deadline is drawing near! When are you planning on testing for 200 kg?

been deloading DL a little more than a week, will ramp up the weights now, 160 kg tomorrow, 170 kg the 24th and then max out the 28th

i donā€™t feel confident. 180 kg yes i have a good chance, but 200 kg that seems heavy.

iā€™m not even sure about the push ups part. i did 34 without breathing pauses a couple of days ago, and with a couple of rest days and some adrenaline when i feel itā€™s important the 28th maybe 40 reps, but itā€™s not going to be easy.
