CoC-T: L 10 reps, R 11 reps, cns a lil off

#489

I could always tell how fatigued my cns was by the speed of the gripper reps (e.g warmup speed on speed reps on trainer). Grip and fatigue levels have a big correlation

#498

27-Jan-2019
woke up with mildly sore throat
CoC-T: L 9, R 11, cns does not give it all it seems
i might skip or modify my training today, we’ll see

#499

You might be stronger today. Being sick can do that. Also, based on your latest PR…200 kg is there with more in the tank.

#500

you’d think. but i just crumple when it’s heavy.

#501

Hitting singles/doubles is a skill. The strength is there, you just need to get better at expressing your strength to lift heavier weights. You’ve been accumulating forever, if you’re looking to hit somewhere in the realm of 200 kg for a double or 200 kg for a single; start by upping the weight and lowering the reps. Just get used to heavier work.
