woke up with less sore throat but with some foul mucus in it. it’s just normal age related mucus i guess.

contemplating my next move. in my vision a few days ago i dreamt about doing heavy DL every session but it has been tough and now i do not long to do DL today. also, the callouses in my left hand got torn away last session and the skin hasn’t recovered yet, that also strengthens the case for doing something else, like front or back squats, or just calisthenics. or man up and do what a man got to do. we’ll see.

decided to take a “deload”, less volume and train to lift with belt and straps to save my hands
