All dumbbells, one minute rests, sets of three: shoulder circles out to in, goblin squats, skull crushers, snatches, side crunches, and shoulder circles in to out, then two hours of walking.

Saturday: body weight exercises alternating upper body, lower body, and hand grips and 45 minutes of walking
