Anyone bought one of Paul Chek’s Tornado Balls? How do ya like it? The demonstration movie clips he has on his website look pretty intense. I think I’m going to order one up and give it a shot.
I have used these and found them to be an asskicker. They definetly work and have a great crossover to sports that involve trunk rotation (golf, baseball, etc). You can easily fry your abs with these and at the very least if someone teases you for using them, you will have a mean right cross you can give em to prove them otherwise.
