My training partner(who is alot more experienced than myself) and I weight train together every couple of days. He recently started a cycle of test ethanate, and dianabol, and started training even on our off days. He has been making insane gains, and is trying to convince me to come in on "off" days with him as well, which I KNOW is a bad idea. But how bad of an idea is it?? Will it stall me out gain wise?? Is the crank the only thing allowing him to train heavy so bloody often??
If you train only a muscle group a day, I see no problem in training everyday. Keep WO short (no more than 3-4 exercises per muscle group). Remember to adjust nutrition to the increased needs.
