Part Time Velocity-ish Diet


Due to spending too much money of late, i've taken to living on Protein powder [huge tubs of cheap unflavoured whey] and flax seeds while at work, saves me being tempted by our excellent canteen

At home i'm eating normally

Now i haven't been tracking any calories, but over the last 2/3 weeks my quads have grown noticably and my gut fat has decreased by 1"

seems very easy to stick to.
