Part Time Beast Routine

Hello to all.

I wanted to try the part time beast program as I enjoy most of the exercises. However, I have an impingment problem in my right shoulder that is aggrevated by overhead work with my sholder externally rotated and abducted. So overhead work is difficult. Would there be any decent substitutes for the overhead work, or variations for those with a shoulder problem. Althought I haven’t tried the olympic power movements for a while, I am assuming that it would not be a good idea :slight_smile: I am using scapular, and shoulder stability exercises to rehab it at the moment.
