I broke my neck in 1994 at 35yrs old, playing semi-pro Football. My spinal cord was flattened in 3 places. I had a complete laminectomy from C-2 to the Thoracic after 12 hours of surgery. I was fortunate to have no damage to the spinal cord, but have had neck and back issues. I mention this, because I have so much respect for you making the best of your situation. I will be watching your log for inspiration! GOD BLESS!!

Hey man - late this party but just looking back over your log a bit. Great work. I have a mate that is an adaptive strong man. And its a great sport. I assume power lifting is the same.
