Hey thanks man!! I’m 41yrs old and I have been lifting weights since I was 11yrs old and started powerlifting when I was 16 which I didn’t know what I was doing. Just lifted heavy and got stronger along the way. Best meet lifts before my injury was 600/450/510
Got in a wreck back in April 30th, 2020. Broke my T11/L1 vertebrae and was paralyzed from waist down. My best bench since my injury is the 408lbs that I got at my last meet
I have a kind a heavy day, in which I pick a ME movement. And then I got a secondary day that I work heavy rep work on close-grip’s. Sometimes the 2nd day will be lighter if I feel I haven’t recovered. And I have another day in which I do high volume back work(unless I decide to deadlift and I’ll have less intense upper back work)
